The Young Adult Summer Retreat (YASR) aims to increase our knowledge about Islam while networking with our peers, exploring unique elements of our Islamic faith, building a positive American Muslim identity. Additionally, we strive to set the foundation for interpersonal relationships, develop community leaders while also engaging in community development. YASR is intended for all young Muslim professionals ages 18-39.
In Sha Allah, YASR 2026 will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina from Thursday, July 2 –Monday, July 6, 2026. The 2nd and 6th are travel days so they will have little to no programming on them. The YASR program will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte located at 4800 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28217. The main airport located near the hotel is the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
YASR 2026 Registration & Accommodations
In Sha Allah, registration will open on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will close when capacity has been reached. Please read through the details below for the available packages this year. The registration fee is $250, however, a discount of $75 will be applied to the Standard Registration Package. Additionally, breakfast is only included for those choosing the Standard Registration Package. The final price is determined by the rooming package you select. Those registering after May 31, 2026 will not have rooming as part of their package and will pay a late fee. The prices below reflect the discounts or late fees as they apply. *Please note that these prices are per person.*
YASR 2026 Regular Attendee Packages

- Single: $800 – only 1 person in the room; 1 king bed.
- Double: $500 – 2 people in the room; 2 queen beds.

- Married Couple: both spouses must register for the double option and list their spouse as their roommate; 1 king bed

- Quad: $375 – 4 people in a room; has 2 queen beds.
YASR 2026 Commuter Attendee Package
- Commuter: $250 – does not include accommodation or breakfast at the hotel.
YASR 2026 Late Registration Package *(Registration only)*
- June 1 – June 25, 2026: $300 – does not include accommodation or breakfast at the hotel.
- Onsite registration may not be available; if available, rates will be higher.
- No registration beyond July 3rd
